Ran with Sanjay. Started slow, but then picked it up. I could feel some pain in my left knee after about 10 miles. We did the last 5 at a faster pace and Sanjay moved ahead the last couple of miles. My Achilles was too sore to try and stay with him. Happy to get it done. Unfortunately, both knees and Achilles were hurting the rest of the day and was limping around. Good to have a day break. Almost 55 for the week.
