Went out with Raniel. Not too cold but the roads were not great. Went with Raniel to the end of Natalie (about 6 miles) I kept going on Elm. Once it hit Carlisle, the road was not salted. felt good despite conditions. Achilles did bother me towards the end. Should have iced.
