920 days. This run felt super easy. Maybe I wasn't running that fast, but I'm going to just say it was a great day. I ran over to the St. Olaf arb and ran on several trails I've never seen before. I also ran on the Regional/National course, but really enjoyed the winding trails through the woods that I just discovered. At about an hour, I decided to head across town Carleton's arb. I only spent a few miles on these trails, before I turned to head into the blustery 18mph wind on the way home.
What a beautiful day! It was so nice and cool outside. Definitely feels like fall. I know it probably won't last, but I can't help thinking a lot about the XC season.
