930 days. 4 mile warm up, 4xlong hill at fast pace, 4xmedium hill at fast pace, cool down. Did this workout with the boys team again. Had fun pushing some of them, got pretty tired trying to work with a few others. Long hill was about 400 meters and got pretty steep at the end, the medium hill was maybe 300 meters, a little more gradual. Hopefully these guys are starting to figure out pacing a little bit...they definitely did better than Saturday (with one or two exceptions). Also....foreign exchange girl....not much english....but quick! Pretty excited I might have a girl to push in a few of the workouts soon.
