Garmin Distance=3.03, Garmin Time=20:19.68, Garmin Pace=6:43 / mi.
The 5K distance felt shorter than the AFCEA-5K I ran yesterday. I ran way harder at the AFCEA-5K yesterday than I ran today, but results show I was 25 seconds faster today. I will enthusiastically take the PR! Sub-20 5K, here I come!
