This did not go as planned. Was supposed to be a 40 minute tempo but I was not feeling it. Then shin splints, then GI distress. I am proud, though! I wanted to bag it after 2 minutes, but I convinced myself to get to 5 minutes, then 5 more, then five more. And I did! And 3 miles is a respectable workout! 0% incline.
