Humid and hot already at 6:45 - yikes. Ran the first 1/2 with Eric and just felt tired. Decided to do a second loop around town and my legs came out of it a bit - felt OK. Another humid run dealing with my damn shoe inserts - had to stop three times to fix them as they bunched up - grrrrr.
