What a crazy morning out there - started real warm, then misted and got a bit windy, but what a treat for an early February scant. The run was a real grind. Cadence was 180, but a struggle. Hammy was a bit tired as well, but I got it done and I seemed to snap out of it the last two or so.
Ran with Egad for the first two - got back to the Y and realized that gore had happened - damn nips decided to bleed all over the place - bet I gave the kids a real treat as I ran by them.....
