Notes

Tempo Wk3: 3x2k in 6:45, 6:35, 6:43. Wanted to run 5:20 pace but couldn't quite do it. Felt hard. Nothing felt particularly bad but wasn't as easy as I maybe foolishly expected. Definitely ran more based on the watch than on feel, which is never good.
