time trial intersquad at lied. went out with pat, jansen and keith. second mile pat and jansen took off and kieth continued to sit on me. third mile kieth pulled away from me and i finished solo. Kept pace well for the first mile and made it through lap 8 with consistent 60s for the 300 meter splits. then i gradually fell off the pace from there.Splits were:
