nice relaxed morning run. meant to go with jason and will but i must have missed them at state so i ended up running solo. went up to ada hayden, looped around then came back through downtown Ames. Ada Hayden was pretty wet so my shoes were wet for the whole second half which was a drag. only other issue was with my knees starting to feel a bit sore from miles 7-10. Something to keep a lookout for in these next few days. if it's recurring I'll probably bump down mileage but it might have just been related to running in soaked shoes on pavement.
