Notes
Tried to get out conservative and then found myself in last and quickly had to get into a higher gear to get back in the race. Got myself into 4th place but I didn't feel relaxed in the higher gear and couldn't make a move on anyone. In the last few laps Doppler caught up and made the pass. Tried to go with Doppler but didn't seem to have it in me. Finished the race in 5th place failing to out kick the rockfalls runner. Not sure on splits because Aaron took them and he had me at 4:40.9
