Ran with Dave Duncan from our hotel in Calgary to the Bow River and then along the river trail. Weather was awesome, but a little chilly on my ears by the end of the run. Followed Dave's pace since my legs were still a bit sore from my Banff hike. Good to get out and run while traveling, but I didn't get much sleep last night...
