Post-time trial run with team. Had to try to catch team on the road after taking care of athlete ill from time trial. Caught main pack of girls team before mile 1 marker. Ran with them to turn-around, then started moving up through the pack of boys ahead of me. Left foot bothered me a bit (new orthotics causing pressure behind ball of left foot) that also was causing left hip pain. Was able to smooth out my stride and made pain go away.
