Why do I run:
I use running for... social, prayer, reflecting, physical activity and competition activities – whew… I was pretty surprised by this as well! |
Why I started running:
It was the most difficult sport I could find that would push me to my limits faster than anything else.
From that point on I was addicted to it! |
