Why do I run: I'm totally addicted now. I can just zone out & run! |
Why I started running: When I started losing weight, I alternated weight training with swimming for cardio. I hurt my rotator cuff, so I had to stop swimming; I started walking on the treadmill; then jogging/walking; then running & I am now up to 3.5 miles every other day and never looked back. Have ran a couple of 5Ks, and would like to run 1/2 & full marathons next year. |
