I need to get 10 in today, but in this weather, I was not doing it all at once. 3 tonight.
Paul took us out on a death march. We hit 2 miles in ~12:50 so Peter, Max & I were like "nah" and we turned into Darlington. We still kept a very solid pace considering how horrendous it was outside.
Hopefully the course is air conditioned on Friday.
