Second weekend in a row of racing for 4 miles. This time it was the club Age Handicap race which I had not run in several years. I started 11 minutes after the first runner and got off quickly, though not as quickly as last week. But overall I ran more evenly this time. I wanted to push harder to the finish but I started feeling dehydrated and didn't want to do anything stupid so I just worked to maintain my pace and came home as strongly as I could. I still really think I should be getting below 26 minutes, and am still a ways off that, but this was progress.
