Had a pretty good day at the MCM 10k. Ambitious goal was to break 40 and I came reasonably close to that. Might have gotten it if not for getting out to such a fast start. Still I ended up with my best road 10k time since returning to racing 6 years ago. All in all it was a great tuneup race for the big event in New York next Sunday.
