Notes
This was my 8 mile loop but first it felt really good today. Since I have been out on the bike and swimming I haven't run everyday as per my tri plan, this made my legs and especially my shin splint feel fresh. I held a good pace, one that made this run one of the faster one's on this course in a while. I did a series of striders as well, 20 sec with 40 sec recovery, did about 9 of them or so I think, lost count somewhere around 5. Oh well, shit happens.
