This was my 11.0 mile backwards. I have been feeling good the past few days and pushing the pace down into sub 7:30's. Today I decided to pull back a little and take it a little easier around 8's. The funny thing today was trying to figure out how to log this. Does 11 easy count as a easy run or a long run, is 11 a long run? Not really to us but what then is a long run, something over 13? Who knows, I decided today 11 was just easy and not a long.
It is nice to start to feel that I am breaking the 8 minute barrier that was holding me back for a little while though.
