Notes
This was a good run considering the time I have been off my feet. I am hoping to get back into it finally, I am tired of this recovery thing. I started off feeling like my heart was going to pound through my chest. My body seemed to say " I liked 2-1/2 weeks off of running what is up with this SHIT" but after a while everything settled out to normal and I felt really good and kept a nice steady pace at 8:00 feeling really good throughout. Even managed a little push on some of the hills to keep the overall pace avg up.
