Tried to be above 50% Maximum heart rate but it was hard to get since I can't swim worth crap; the best I could do without drowning was run while giving the impression of swimming up top as my main propulsion. I sprinkled in a few 30m lap of freestyle swimming (because I couldn't go any farther) and got my HR up to 120.
Matched the minutes of an easy 7 miler. 7/12- too bad it was supposed to be a 5 miler... lol.
