Sadly my achilles wouldn't allow any speed but it was great to watch the whole team and cheer them on! I think I enjoyed it more than if I would have actually done the workout. Paced with Chris S. for most of it and kept moving in between so a lot of time spent on my legs today which is great.

Used the old Asics 2150's to take strain off my achilles which totally worked. With that huge slope from the heel to the forefoot of 12mm (+/-) I doubt I even used my achilles. So the next couple days I will use these bricks until my achilles heals and then gradually reduce the heel lift back to my 155's/VFF's
