How do I reduce miles when I entered more miles than i should have.
pr's 5k 20.08, 5 mile 31:20, 10k 41.19 all done in the 80's
2013 goals 1500 1000 miles , 190 pounds get to 100 miles a month or more and stay there
In the workout list, under the Action column, by default you see a magnifying glass icon, hover your mouse over and it will change to a dropdown list including a pencil icon for editing. Or if you click on the magnifying glass icon, the workout sheet will have a "edit" tab on the upper right. Once in edit mode you can change all the input fields.
