    I've run in temps down close to the incredibly low 50 degrees and never noticed a problem either.

    Barefoot and happy

      Imagine how your feet feel after running a long run on concrete- doesn't matter what shoes you are wearing, it still hurts!
      Not true. If you hurt after running on concrete then your form is bad. Try running barefoot on concrete and you'll quickly learn how to generate far less impact and absorb it properly.
