question about types of runs? (Read 614 times)

    I've been looking at logs and noticed that many people have types of runs such as "medium", "mileage fillers", etc. I have the typical "easy, long, temp, race, etc". Can someone tell me how I can add types to the drop down? Thanks,,,,Cherrie MTA: I found it - thanks though

      Go to Options -Log Preferences -Workout types -Running and you will see that you can add - change colors and the such........ After you get there it will be easy for you to fugure out....
