Do i need to change shoe type?? I am a heavy runner 225, avg.20-25 mpw. with a recent marathon completion.. I have been dealing with runners knee for more than a year now. I have gone through numerous therapies and leg strenthening. I currently wear the nimbus 10 which fit well, but i'm concerned i'm in the wrong shoe. I have normal arches and a pretty neutral gait. The one thing i've notice is that my left foot ( left knee pain) turns in, during my run.. I was fitted for the nimbus at a running shoe store. I wonder if the missed something? does anyone have any thoughts or simialr problems??

That might be the problem, your going to fast. 20-25 mph? Thats like 2:30 minute mile!

Perhaps you should reduce your running volume until your knee is better. Try to avoid marathons until your knee is ok. During training it's ok to have a bit of pain, but slow down if it gets worse.
