    Scubagrrl - last weekend after a race in Columbus. And it looks like we'll meet up again at a Labor Day 5k!

      In the past week I added Kerry1976 (she lives near my MIL and we were visiting her last week) and Heather73 (lives 5 minutes from me and is relatively new to RA). Got to run with Kerry and met Heather at a race in town tonite (I didn't run to take it easy on the knee and get to enjoy spectating for a change). Big grin

      Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to

      remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.
