I've drank the kool-aid and I'm rethinking how I run (Read 1010 times)

Feeling the growl again

My log still has details records of distance run, pace, intervals, how it felt, etc. It is just a reflection of my condition on that day, not what drove it. As for tempos etc, normally I would say yes, you would still want to keep it in (I am not a believer in all easy I think if you want to get fast eventually you should keep some good efforts in). But for you I say no, wait until your hamstring is healthy. You're screwed if you mess it up running too hard. Get some new shoes immediately, and stay off the hills if possible for a few weeks.

Check. I did that last night on my way home from work. I've been meaning to do it for two weeks but life kept getting in the way. Poor excuse, I know.
2008 Goals Don't attack the guy that passes me like I'm standing still when I think I'm running fast...I can't catch him anyway and I'd just look silly
