I was just doing a stretch called Swiss Ball Lower Back Stretch (recommended by Pfitzinger) after an upper body strength session. When trying to roll back to the normal position I have no idea what happened, but the f....ng ball rolled away under my back and I hit the wall of the room with the back of my head causing such a hard bang that my neighbour got alarmed (it's a separate house).
Well, fortunately I did not hit the actual brick wall but there is a second wall made of some sort of DM or so and and tehre is a layer of glass wool in between. But mates, the next time I will out on the web cam and post it on Youtube X'D

I've never seen her there. Restraining order and all.
