Hey guys I'm about to go run in my first race in about 20 years, that was when I last ran a half marathon, I was 18 and was more interested in following the nurses dressed in lingerie (Horny teenage thing) But on sunday I will be running in the Hypothermic Half in Regina, Saskatchewan (Canada) I have run a couple in training at around 1:50 so I'm aiming for about 1:45...or better. Anyway as long as the weather holds, they're calling for a winter storm, it should be fun! I'll keep you posted... Chris

WOW! The forecast for Sunday calls for a high of -4*F and a low of -25*F. At least that's better than today's weather - it's currently -20*F, 24 mph wind, and drifting snow. Worse than Maine! Good luck!
