            Can someone remind me why this thread got TITLED THE WAY IT DID?  :-)

             

            I get that it is a thread about Ms Davila... I mean the specific phraseology of the title.  It's apparently a joke/reference to something and I'm curious what.  It makes me chuckle every time this thread bubbles back to the top.

              Don't overthink this. It's a known fact that everything is funny when you put "official" in the title, or use the institutional ALL CAPS method of emphasis. Butwhen you do both, well, hilarity ensues.
