Speaking of Chafing--Blisters (Read 852 times)

Fanatic #3965

Hmmm...I have developed a small, but nagging blister on my right instep. I'm guessing it's due to my increasing amount of time on the road, since I have had the shoes for a couple of months, now. What do you all use to treat blisters? Moleskin? I want to pick something up tomorrow, before my longer run on Weds. night with backroadrunner. TIA, k

I use moleskin. It worked really well when I had those blisters on my arches. Nobody around here knows what it is, though! Hmm... Chaps, moleskin... I think I'm in the wrong town!
