Garmin upload is making it to the point where "your data will be available in few minutes" but it's not getting any farther today

+1. My workout uploaded but has not appeared on the list.
2013 goals: run a bunch....race some.....repeat...
OK, I just now got the tag saying "Your data is ready click here to see the list"
but still no workouts.

Me too. I tried to download GPS data as well as bringing it in via a file.
Neither seems to be working.
Same problem for me.

I just assumed I did something wrong -- my upload had the same problem so I entered it manually.
