My legs are killing me

I strained my groin in a 10k on New Years day. I'm still getting pain. Can anyone give me advice on what kind of aerobic training I can do in the meantime (I don't have access to a pool). I haven't done any running and I'm really afraid I will lose what I've built up. It is all very fustrating and is definately hurting my chances of running a marathon the first week of May.

In the chance that it's a cramp, try some gentle stretching. Include the hamstring in your stretches.

Thanks for your help. I'm going to try to test it today after 2 weeks of not running. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
