Thanks for sharing more trail babble Lynn. Your friend is a good writer. The night-time run he describes sounds amazing, the sights, the solitude, the challenge, the mind games, the satisfaction. Nice to read about. I think I've watched too many episodes of CSI to consider running alone, at night, on a dark trail, in the woods. I'd be tripping over my feet from constantly looking over my shoulder, on alert for the wacko axe murderer
