                        Sort of.  Kind of a swallowed h, I guess.  Doesn't really sound like "hair" when he says it.

                            I think this week, bitchin is when you close your eyes, run it out, pass out, and wake up with a surprise podium finish and worlds qualification.

                            It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
