You've been given great advise - I'd 2nd the advise of dropping in another run - 3-5 miles would be good. And extend one of your other runs by 1-2 miles. That would get you around the 30 mile mark per week and you should be good from there.

Edit : made the new run and 'easy' run. You should have your easy pace runs about 67% of your runs. Your case approx 20 miles per week.
