Needs more cowbell!

    I honestly don't know when I've felt better after a run! Brand new shoes (same model as my current faves), 45 minutes of running hard and fast for ~30 seconds every 5 minutes or so. Heavenly! The sprinter in me is all 'now, that's what I'm talkin' about!' Big grin I'm so not a distance runner on the inside... Wink k
