Nope, I haven't been to the Big Apple in over 25 years.
IBTNP is running their first trail race tomorrow morning.
Yes, I do "run in this." So should you. The weather is never as bad as it seems from behind your office or car window.
Nope.
IBTNP is going to have a blast tomorrow morning on his first trail race.
Food
Nope. IBTNP is going to have a blast tomorrow morning on his first trail race.
Nope, not tomorrow, but I hope to do so sometime. IBTNP will watch some college football today.

I want to, but we have too much going on!
IBTNP is going to be a member of the Marathon Maniac's club before the end of the year!

Good luck in your first half!
No, though I have heard Detroit's Ren Fest is pretty cool.
IBTNP is sore from racing this past weekend.

Blaaahhhh
Kind of false. I'm sore, but not from racing. I did a 20 mile training run yesterday. My legs are sore and I have a bad case of chafing that...well, I won't get into that.
IBTNP needs to take their cat to the vet.

Not at all... I would not own a cat for two reasons; 1) My oldest is allergic to them, and 2) I am a dog type person!
IBTNP: Has already ran the first of several fall type marathons!

Nope, not yet. One in Oct , one in Nov though.
I'll wager the next peep was not wondering lately if it's possible and/or wise to try and squeeze 1,000 miles out of one pair of running shoes.

Not wondering that at all. LOL!
IBTNP is thinking they could benefit from increasing their core strength.

Yes. A strong core, right down to the heart, can only help!

Yes! I went to a parents' meeting yesterday about laptops (every 7th and 8th grader in Maine gets one - a mixed blessing). The presentation included a long list of acronyms kids use online. KOL = kiss on lips, etc. I feel old.
IBTNP at some point this week has typed in a post (on any website) and then decided to delete it. Or am I the only one who does that?
True!
And I wonder what those laptop-using kids think when they drive past signs for "KOA".
IBTNP is not the slightest bit sore from his/her last hard workout.
Branson 70.3 finish!!
