I did 5 easy miles in the freezing rain today. It seemed like a better idea when I was in the house. It's supposed to be well below freezing tomorrow so hopefully the roads are dry because I''m supposed to be doing intervals.

I swear all of this groin abs hurting strain thing began with all of the coughing I did from my cold. Getting old isn't for the faint of heart. This past fall while brushing my teeth, I had to sneezed. I braced myself in an attempt to keep the bathroom mirror from looking like the a tooth paste massacre had occurred, I strained my back to the point of having to walk funny (visualize Cro-Magnon man with a shorter leg on one side).
Brushing your teeth is very dangerous! Don't do that any more. And if you do, sacrifice the mirror, it can be cleaned!
Use your momentum...keep going. You know you can make it.
