Prince of Fatness
Same as the last challenge. I will carry over what I have from the other thread. If you want in post a goal. Weigh in once a week. Final week will be week ending October 28.
I took information from the last challenge where it made sense. Any changes let me know. Anyone not on here that wants in or anyone on here that wants out let me know.
Not at it at all.
I'm in, I need to weigh myself tonight.
Have you qualified for Boston? I want to interview you!

Change my goal to 190, I need to get serious and since I don't really have any races planned, I can try running a more aggressive caloric deficit without thinking about racing performance.
The pain that hurts the worse is the imagined pain. One of the most difficult arts of racing is learning to ignore the imagined pain and just live with the present pain (which is always bearable.) - Jeff

Optimistic? Just don't eat. It works. Stay hungry. Keep you mouth shut and your running shoes on.
Feeling the growl again
Take me down to 145.
