laying off the beer.
You do know that that is cheating, right?
Not at it at all.
All's fair in love, war, and weight loss.
I've completely lost my focus but holding steady at 164.

weigh in 202.2
I'm retaining a shit ton of water lately. Yesterday I jumped on the scale before my 25 min tempo run on the dreadmill and weight about 204. after the run I reweighed myself and the scale read 198 pounds. Thats some serious sweat loss for a 52 min run.

Did someone lock you in a closet all week?
I can't explain this one. Tapeworm? I'm not dehydrated at all. I feel fine, and I have been eating, and not running too much. Would have said the scale was off but I pulled on pants that have not fit in two years. I'm just going to go with it and head on down under 160.
Where do I get one of those?
MTA: If you look at last weeks weigh in as an outlier or anamoly, this weeks weight is inline with the trend. You were probably retaining water last weigh in.
164.5 in running gear.
(And 162.0 in just shorts and socks -- after hours, everyone had left.)

I have gotten so fat - I am in perfect position for the weight loss challenge starting on Monday at work. Those suckers will never know what hit them!
Long dead ... But my stench lingers !
I suck at this. Well back to 178 but damnit I think the mojo is back. Early morning is back in vogue.
