    Goals for the week

    > 60 miles (Run - Run/Walk - Walk at incline)

    > 6,000 vertical - Most likely Treadmill with it being hunting season

    3 times weight lifting

     

    also I am slowly adding healthy eating numbers as the weeks go on - This week = 3 servings veggies, 1 fruit and 1 whole grain per day + Red meat <= 3 servings this week.

     

    Weight on a weekly basis is not as critical as long as I am doing the right things - But the general goal is 3# a week.

     

    alcohol <= 2 times this week.

     

    I may do a couple of low cost events in spring / summer

    * NK 50k ($10) - Fat ass 4/4/20 http://ultrasignup.com/register.aspx?did=71768

     

    Maybe 5k - 10 Mile race if they are small / low key ...

     

    I think it would be more fun to camp at Mauthe State Park and do the Ice age trail of the Northern Kettle for a couple of days.- In place of a marathon.

    Long dead ... But my stench lingers !

      Last week was a really good week - But knee a little unhappy from all the vertical

       

      Total Miles = 76.6 (Big vertical days are hiking and many of runs are run / walk right now)

      Vertical = 10,772

       

      2 times playing racquetball with Kate (14 YO DD) and 2 times lifting weights with Kate

      Long dead ... But my stench lingers !
