Time for an optometry appointment or the scales used in the UK are much more complicated than here. Sounds like a slide rule scale.

149.8lbs this morning. Sundays are my nemesis - I ran a measly 11 mile 'long run' and then the wife and I rode our bikes over to a breakfast joint. I had a burrito and a donut and that kicked off a grazing spree that lasted all day. I won't tell you what I weighed yesterday but it was ugly. I guess all the salty food induced a good amount of gained water weight. My big race is this coming Sunday and now I'm back to square one on weight. Hopefully it'll drop back down quickly. Fuck.

Done. At the gym today. Came up as 9-13.4%. Taking the midpoint, ~11.2%. Even at 13.4%, that is reasonable.
With my 9 lb weight loss over the past 6 weeks, that means I probably was ~17%. If I drop ~3 lbs, more, that will bring me to ~9%.
