Hallelujia, hallelujia HAL-AY-LUU-ya!
Now if I can just hold that this coming week so I can go into my big 10mile race under 150 I should be able to run a good one. MUST ... NOT ... EAT (too much)!

My new goal may be just to stay under 165 150. I can't seem to cut back on eating drinking. I feel like I'm always hungry a small rodent is chewing a nest in my glute.
I have not weighed in lately as I have enough disheartening stuff to deal with. I have been skipping lunch for 2 weeks and amazingly that has gone OK. My issue is that the best treatment I have found for this nerve issue is a couple beer/wines so I get too many empty calories there, coupled with less miles.
I skipped running last night hoping I was investing in a better outcome today, but it was worse this morning than ever. So I'm going to get on the treadmill today and either run very, very hard on it or break trying.
