    133.  Did I mention that I hate this?  Can't seem to focus.

          Have not been on the scale in quite some time but mostly I ate through a straw the last couple of days so I probably should weigh myself.

           

          I will update the board either today or tomorrow.

              Glad you're back Finn. I guess it all went well.

               

              Thank you.  Yeah I was discharged yesterday afternoon.  I had symptoms for a few days but not bad enough to do anything about (I guess).  Then, pow, woke me up in the middle of the night Sunday and went to the ER.  I am glad that I went when I did.

               

              Appendicitis for those that do not know.

              Not at it at all.

                            Fighting flu/cold for last four days. Not as quick of a weight loss option as Finn's but it seems to work. Bleech.

                              returned from Savannah.

                                184.8 last week.  My appetite has come back but my will to exercise has not.  If I can maintain this weight through the end of the year I will take it.
