191 is start or goal weight and I would need the missing one.
It's my ending weight...thought I was posting in the last quarter. I'm going to continue to be optimistic in spite of the last couple years and my limited effort. 178 goal.
Lots of life getting in the way of my diet. Mostly good stuff thankfully. No weigh in last week for me, back on the stick this week.
After 4 nights 5 days on "vacation" the damage done is 134.
