    Yep.  Been busy, sorry about that.  The list should be up to date now.  186 for me last week BTW.

    Not at it at all. 

      Been injured.  Kept eating like I wasn't.

      I don't even want to see the scale right now.

                              MTA: Done. No weigh in for me last week.  I was on vacation and went overboard.  It was nice at the beach tho.  Next weigh in is Friday.  Yikes.

                                182 all of a sudden. No idea why really...I had been bouncing around in the low 190s for months, but had been slowly ramping up the training. I was getting frustrated because there wasn't any progress in this area, then I dropped 11lbs in ten days. No signs of dehydration or anything, so I guess my metabolism just kicked in somehow.
